(December 4, 2001, Hong Kong) - Thiz Technology Group Limited ("Thiz" or the "Group"; stock code: 8119) is proud to announce the launch of a new series of products targeting various customers. This fulfills the Group's promise to continuously launch innovative products so as to satisfy the growing demand for cost-effective software.

Thiz aims to be the leading Linux application provider in the world, providing affordable and easy-to-use application software for individuals and SMEs. Thanks to the Group's impressive R&D capability, four new products such as Click 2 Office, Fire Wall, ERP and 瘦身教室 are introduced to broaden the Group's income base through diversifying its product offerings.

(1) Click 2 Office
With the increasing need for mobility in the business world, Thiz introduced Click 2 Office to allow users to work in the virtual office anytime and at anywhere. Through Click 2 Office, users can receive office messages by SMS from their mobile phones, access to server files as well as chat with their colleagues conveniently. Expected to launch in Dec 2001 for the price of HK$50,000 to $100,000 each, Click 2 Office is poised to receive tremendous support as a valuable tool to facilitate the flow of information and the utilization of resources more efficiently.

(2) Fire Wall
Computer viruses have caused damages and inconveniences for many corporations, in particular for Microsoft platform, and SMEs are particularly vulnerable to such attacks due to their limited resources to invest in IT system protection. In light of the market demand, Thiz introduced Fire Wall 1.0., a MS-Windows-compatible fire wall that offers comprehensive virus detecting functions in order to safeguard corporations' computer server from virus attacks.

(3) ERP
Thiz will also introduce a highly affordable Chinese ERP system to help SMEs to better manage their resources during intense market environment as such. The selling price of ERP is expected to be approximately HK$3,000 to HK$5,000 per module. Users can use the ERP system to control inventory levels, invoicing as well as logistics so as to achieve cost savings for the company with a small amount of investment.

(4) 「瘦身教室」
Besides catering to the needs of SMEs, Thiz will also focus on providing for the education sector. Seeing the limited financial resources of educational institutions to purchase hardware, the Group introduced 「瘦身教室」 to reduce their financial needs. This software enables multiple terminals (without harddisk) to operate on one mainframe computer simultaneously. Also, as an effort to understand and observe students' behaviors, the main user (teacher) can monitor students' activities from the terminal. With this software, students can learn interactively, while teachers can also keep track of students' behaviors via the computer

Commenting on the introduction of their latest products, Mr. Li said, "The launch of the new products is to fulfill our promise to our valuable customers to introduce new products every few months. The short R&D lead-time demonstrates our R&D capabilities in product development. With our new products, the Group has successfully broadened its earning base."

Discussing other latest business developments, Mr. Li said, "As we have outlined in the prospectus, we will be establishing a Beijing office. Our target is to hire 20 people to capture and to provide services for the enormous PRC market.
