Mr. Albert Li, Chairman and CEO of the Group said,
"Despite recent market volatility, the Share Offer has been

the future of Linux operating system and believe that Thiz can capture
a significant market share in this growing market."
Linux has become the recommended operating system
(OS) by the PRC Government and quite a number of state-owned enterprises
are using the Linux operating platform. It is predicted that most
Chinese corporations will follow suit given the low cost of ownership
and ease of customization of Linux OS. With PRC's imminent of entry
into WTO, there will be a strict enforcement of intellectual property
rights, thus benefiting the growing popularity of Linux. Facing
such a tremendous growth opportunity, Thiz will continue to leverage
on its excellent R&D capabilities, diversified products, efficient
marketing channels and strong strategic partnerships to extend its
market reach and increase sales.
Mr. Li continued, "The Group has formulated
compelling strategies to maintain our leading position and competitiveness
for the growing Linux market. The share issuance is to complement
these strategies by using the net proceeds to develop new Linux
application software, to establish sales office in Beijing, as well
as to enhance and promote our existing products. We strongly believe
Thiz will become the world's favorite Linux software developer,
bringing substantial return to our shareholders."
